Co-accused: Kathirgathambi Jeyakishan (Jeyanthan), Nimal Devsukan (Jeyakandan), Nadarasa Nagulendran (Simbu/Nagulan). Indicted 17 Aug 2026 at Polonnaruwa High Court. A separate Supreme Court Fundamental Rights petition challenging the legality of his arrest/detention had oral submissions concluded 2 Jun 2026; judgment reserved
