CIABOC arrests former Krrish executive over alleged Rs. 70 million bribe to Namal Rajapaksa, seeks his statement in prison

CIABOC arrested and remanded Janaki (Geethanjali) Siriwardena, a former Krrish Group executive director, over an allegation that she paid Namal Rajapaksa Rs. 70 million in three instalments to expedite a UDA land transfer in Colombo Fort for the Krrish project. The court also allowed CIABOC to record a statement from Rajapaksa in prison as part of the investigation.
